Buyback Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the promotional Buyback Program, the Customer (“you”) give Soberlink permission to inspect your Device according to its standard operating procedures. You additionally agree to the following:
- Upon receipt of the Device, ownership will transfer to Soberlink who will maintain possession of it regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
- I understand that I will not be eligible for the promotional value ("Buyback Credit") if: (1) The inspection finds the Device to be out of working condition, (2) I didn't ship my Device using the Soberlink-provided shipping label, and/or (3) my Device never arrived at Soberlink's facility. The inspection results shall be determined no later than 30 days after receipt of the Device.
- The maximum Buyback Credit will be $125 for the Soberlink Cellular Devices (Device IDs beginning with 4300 and 3800), and $75 for the Soberlink Connect Device (Device IDs beginning with 3600 or 3601). These prices are subject to change as determined by Soberlink.
- The Buyback Credit will first be applied to any open balance on your account, with any remaining balance applied to the payment method on file. I understand that it is my responsibility to have a valid Soberlink account with an active payment method on file in order to receive the Buyback Credit.
