Share Your Story Terms & Conditions
By sharing your story, you give Soberlink permission to publish your story, and any details thereof, on our websites and through our media and marketing channels for the purposes of publicizing Soberlink’s Devices and programs, or for any other lawful purpose.
By submitting your story, you are agreeing to the following:
- Your story must include how Soberlink has helped you in your parenting time or recovery.
- The reprint, reproduction, or use of your story and/or image will be at Soberlink’s discretion, and without any further compensation.
- Soberlink will not use your full name but may use your story with or without first name/pseudonym credit.
- Soberlink’s right to use your story and/or image is perpetual and may be assigned.
- Soberlink may use your story and/or image locally, nationally, or globally, and such use may be made in any media, information, or communication platform (including internet advertising) currently in use or later developed.
- Each individual may submit one story.
- You, and not anyone else, composed, submitted, and posted your story.
- Your story must be at least a paragraph long.
If you do not agree to the above conditions, do not click “Submit.”
