HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. – November 10, 2015 – Soberlink, the leader in mobile-breath sobriety monitoring, today announced that it has successfully sold a major portion of its business to The Geo Group, one of the largest companies in the criminal justice market. The company will now operate under the name Soberlink Healthcare LLC, and plans to expand into the mHealth market with its patented recovery management technology.
“In 2011 my team and I got into this because we are driven to develop technology to enhance the recovery process. We created a new product category with the intent of selling Criminal Justice to fund mHealth” says Soberlink CEO Brad Keays, “And we did that in May 2015. Now we’re able to focus on expanding into the booming mHealth market under the name Soberlink Healthcare LLC. In addition to this huge growth opportunity, we now have a great partner in The Geo Group.”
Soberlink and BI Inc., a Geo Group Company, are now aligned and working closely to enhance Mobile Breath Technology.
