Recalibration Program Terms & Conditions

By submitting a Recalibration request, the Customer (“you”) give Soberlink permission to inspect your Device according to its standard operating procedures. You additionally agree to the following:

  1. The shipping address entered has been carefully reviewed. Entering an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or additional charges for a replacement device.
  2. Soberlink will provide a shipping label to return the current device in need of recalibration. If a device is not returned to Soberlink within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the replacement device.
  3. Upon receipt of the Device, ownership will transfer to Soberlink who will maintain possession of it regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
  4. The replacement device may not be shipped until 2 business days from the receipt of this request. If this request is urgent, call Soberlink Support at 714-975-7200.
  5. Soberlink is not responsible if the account becomes suspended due to reaching zero tests remaining.
