Recalibration Program Terms & Conditions
By submitting a Recalibration request, the Customer (“you”) give Soberlink permission to inspect your Device according to its standard operating procedures. You additionally agree to the following:
- The shipping address entered has been carefully reviewed. Entering an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or additional charges for a replacement device.
- Soberlink will provide a shipping label to return the current device in need of recalibration. If a device is not returned to Soberlink within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the replacement device.
- Upon receipt of the Device, ownership will transfer to Soberlink who will maintain possession of it regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
- The replacement device may not be shipped until 2 business days from the receipt of this request. If this request is urgent, call Soberlink Support at 714-975-7200.
- Soberlink is not responsible if the account becomes suspended due to reaching zero tests remaining.
