It was a part of my memorandum of understanding to take regular alcohol screenings. This is not something that I wanted to do, but it was what was agreed on. Going to pee at a test site on a randomly chosen day was tremendously inconvenient. I needed a better option. That’s where Soberlink came in. Admittedly, it was hard to pay money for something I felt was unnecessary. Even so, it was by far the best and most convenient option I could find. It’s a good reliable system. I appreciate that I can submit a test from my phone and find the text reminders helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed to change any aspect of my plan, the on-call staff has been supportive and easy to reach. No one wants to have to prove their sobriety, but if you’ve got to do it, Soberlink is a great option.
