I developed a problem with alcohol. This problem put me in jail and subsequently on probation for multiple DUIs. After receiving a Probation Before Judgement for my first offense, I got another DUI. I checked myself into a 30-day inpatient rehab facility. After getting out of rehab, I felt that I needed extra accountability in order to abstain from using alcohol again. My attorney suggested the Soberlink Device. This device not only gave me accountability, but it also showed my probation officer and my counselor that I was not using. I used the device for about one year. The system definitely helped me in my journey to sustained sobriety.
